e-Commerce
作为一个新型的管理体系已经深刻渗透进了世界经济的方方面面。在公司的作用也已经从辅助演化为主导。此培训项目旨在帮助中国的企业领导者了解国际e-Commerce管理最新实践经验与条例。通过借鉴美国尤其是硅谷高科技公司的e-Commerce管理战略实践,发展适合中国入世后e-Commerce管理的新战略。
The e-Commerce Management has
deeply penetrated into every business and social aspect
in the global economy. Its dramatically increased role
that has shifted from supportive to dominant in a
company's overall strategic development. This training
program is aimed to broaden the Chinese decision maker's
international exposure and help them learn the
international conventions in the e-Commerce Management
sector. This program is also designed to help the
Chinese organizations learn from the American experience
in order to develop a more effective e-Commerce
Management system that suits the new situation after
China joined WTO.
教学内容安排

培训分为两部分,课堂教学及实践与交流。鉴于培训者的实际情况,课堂教学将侧重于大量案例分析与脑力激荡方式,旨在提高受训者的实际工作能力。实践与交流分为一对一谈判与交流或者小型招商会形式,旨在帮助学员亲身体会硅谷实际工作经验及广交朋友。
